Andrew Gordon, a 31-year veteran of Oakland's Animal Services department, had one of the strangest days of his career Monday.
It all started with a call reporting that a horse had been dumped on the 900 block of 89th Avenue in East Oakland.
Turns out, it wasn't a horse at all. It was a dead llama...
