Thank you for the hugs. In thinking it through in talking to E and Sigerson, I also realized that this behavior has gotten worse in the last couple of weeks since E's new semester started. After several weeks with lots of daddy time, daddy's now a bit of a scarce resource. Doesn't entirely take the sting away when I'm dismissed, but it helps.
And we've now survived a long weekend featuring 101 temps (and no AC, or even chance of installing a room AC), with lesser wibbles, so yay!
