PT tips for Rissymonster:
* Walk with thumbs facing outwards, rather than curled in
* She digs the aikido wrist stretches
* No weapons for a while, and when I do start again work up to that slowly with smaller versions of the weapons as much as possible
* Easy on grabs for a while
* No heavy lifting for a while
* Ice using cup cones, work on lower inner forearms and around elbow at upper forearms (stroke upwards towards shoulder)
* Acupuncture post-haste
* Brace?

I really like my physical therapist. It just would be nice to see her when things aren't going haywire with my body.

2nd kyu test on 4/1 = dubious
